very rewarding to see how you impact the lives of kids and families, flexible schedule, sick time, amazing staff who wants the best for everyone, great pay, good benefits offered, organized, professional

Cons

now this is definitely due to the pandemic, but inconsistent schedule due to cancellations with little to no compensation

Pros

Beacon took me in with no experience and taught me everything I know. I went through training from ABT to BT, CPR training through the company and even began the masters program to become a behavior analyst.

Cons

Employees don’t seem to last very long long

Thorough training & some extremely helpful supervisors and coworkers!

Cons

Lots of cancellations from families which is out of Beacons control & some lack of communication about scheduling and cases at times.
