      Pros

      Children and families are a joy to work with. Many employees initially tolerate this terrible company because they are so committed to their clients.

      Cons

      Terrible administrators and underhanded company policies !!! This company can not hold onto staff because they are great for 1 year and then once you are roped in, it is horrendous !

      Pros

      Beacon took me in with no experience and taught me everything I know. I went through training from ABT to BT, CPR training through the company and even began the masters program to become a behavior analyst.

      Cons

      Employees don’t seem to last very long long

      Thorough training & some extremely helpful supervisors and coworkers!

      Cons

      Lots of cancellations from families which is out of Beacons control & some lack of communication about scheduling and cases at times.
