We take your feedback very seriously. The comments described in this review do not represent our services and are not aligned with our standard practice, policies, and procedures.
Beacon delivers a safe, inclusive, and welcoming experience for children, families, and employees. It is our mission to provide individuals with quality behavioral healthcare that is responsive to the individual needs of families of children with Autism. Our treatment programs are developmentally appropriate and supported by empirically validated peer-reviewed research.
Additionally, we have resources in place for employees to share feedback. It is the duty of our employees to report any concerns that could impact the safety and well-being of themselves and/or others. Our employees are trained regarding the protocols and systems in place for reporting any concerns and feedback through the appropriate supervisory channels or the anonymous employee hotline.
Beacon invites you to contact our Executive Vice President of Operations via e-mail (pguilhardi@beaconservices.org) so that your concerns can be fully addressed. If you prefer, Beacon has an anonymous hotline in which existing and former employees are invited to share suggestions, success stories, incidents, concerns, misconduct, and compliments (508-473-4315).
