      The best part is working with the kids and their families.

      Cons

      The worst part is not having enough hours, and traveling to appointments for nothing. if there is no service there is no pay.

      Pros

      Beacon took me in with no experience and taught me everything I know. I went through training from ABT to BT, CPR training through the company and even began the masters program to become a behavior analyst.

      Cons

      Employees don’t seem to last very long long

      Pros

      Thorough training & some extremely helpful supervisors and coworkers!

      Cons

      Lots of cancellations from families which is out of Beacons control & some lack of communication about scheduling and cases at times.
