      Offered BCBA supervision hours. Gained experience conducting standardized assessments and developed individualized goals for client and family that aligned with IEP/IFSP

      Cons

      Unsanitary homes and poor wage. Written payroll submitted through snail mail. Office manager emails if you errored and hold your pay for that case until next pay period.

      Pros

      Beacon took me in with no experience and taught me everything I know. I went through training from ABT to BT, CPR training through the company and even began the masters program to become a behavior analyst.

      Cons

      Employees don’t seem to last very long long

      Thorough training & some extremely helpful supervisors and coworkers!

      Cons

      Lots of cancellations from families which is out of Beacons control & some lack of communication about scheduling and cases at times.
