great onboarding, manager is amazing, everyone is friendly

fundraising is delayed so they are making it very hard to get promoted because they can't afford raises, work/life balance is very poor for people working on pharma-sponsored projects, leadership is clearly overwhelmed and starting to micro-manage, benefits are VERY poor
