Beacon Communities is an amazing company to work for. Senior Management truly cares about what the organization does and also who works for the organization. From the top down, it feels like you are working with family. The teams working at the properties have so much responsibility - it is as if you are running your own small company which allows you to learn so many different aspects of business (finance, marketing, sales, accounting, etc). There are many opportunities for advacement - if you want to grow your career - and there are also many opportunities to have fun! The benefits are also great. Lots of paid time off, good 401K opportunities, and tuition reimbursement for anyone looking to further their education. I cannot say enough good things about working for Beacon Communities. This is a very caring organization - when you work here, you make a difference in other people's lives. At the same time, they care about you as an individual. Family and work life balance is always stressed and supported. I can't say enough good things about working at Beacon Communities - I feel lucky to be a part of this organization!

There is a lot of responsibility involved with every position - so even though Work Life Balance is supported, it can be difficult to achieve.
