Pros
Staff and Management are nice folks to work with each day. Good benefits and in general compensation is about the norm.
Cons
Limited staffing in some areas which means others are working more to fill in gaps. Some areas are pretty strict about shift times; wanting to take time off put everyone on the defensive; you may have the hours, but it puts a strain on everyone else so some managers don't encourage it.
