      I have worked for Beacon for 12 years. Educational advancements are encouraged and reimbursement is good. It is important to love what you do and where you work, Beacon is a great place for this.

      Fellow RNs along with diversity of job postings

      Cons

      pt to RN ratios Lack of support from executive leadership regarding matrices and safety for the patients we care for. Bottom line is $ and bonus for upper management. Signed a 5yr contract, cut my pay $10 within 18 months and no raise since. We are coming up on the 5 year anniversary.
