Pros
The People are amazing and opportunity for professional growth is plentiful. I have been with Beacon for 10 years and moved up into positions and have furthered my professional growth.
Cons
I think that the management could use some improvement in several areas. I personally have experienced passive aggressive behavior by a manager consistently, it makes for a very toxic untrusting environment for the associate. The lack of accountable some managers and directors have for their associates also is a huge issue.
