constantly adding executive/managerial positions- too top heavy! clinical staff are worked to death with mandatory overtime and short-staffing. they preach work-life balance but do not adjust scheduling requirements. employees are not treated equally across the board- favorites receive preferential treatment and exceptions are made. quick to formal discipline with most others.
