The cons are things that are out of their abilities. I'm pretty content where I'm at. I just hear cons from other people. Like LPNs and NAs having to sit. I'd come in to sit with a patient for half the price I make just to give someone a break. They feel they are not being utilized well. I think they are. Because everyone has something to bring to the table.
