      Pros

      Busy, Level 2 Trauma Center with tons of room to grow and learn. Never a dull day at work.

      Cons

      Had everyone sign agreements to work for 3-5 years in exchange for pay closer to travel rates. They then dropped the pay without warning, some people took significant pay cuts but are still obligated to fulfill their end of the agreement.
