Change is fast and furious and if you prefer steady environments this may not be your place.

The leadership conference was a great experience. I enjoyed reconnecting with colleagues from across the organization, meeting new people, and sharing ideas and best practices. The camaraderie and sense of teamwork were a great reminder of what makes Beacon Mobility a special place to work. I always leave these events feeling energized and connected to the broader team.

I would have appreciated a bit more time in the breakout sessions to share best practices across the organization regarding the topics being discussed.
