-Nothing, this job has no redeeming qualities.

Cons

- Pay sucks, 20% less than industry standard, you can get a better paying job at Costco - Backroom politics, if you aren't cool with the leadership team, you can forget ever getting promoted - Unprofessional HR, literally use phrases like "you don't have the vibe we're looking for" - Upper management doesn't care about ops, subscribers, or dealers - Upper management is extremely hypocritical - Local management is out of touch and would rather sit around gossiping then do actual work - They claim to work with your schedule but will do anything they can to keep you exactly where you are at, regardless of how long you have been with the company - Extremely stressful, you will deal with suicide calls, potential domestic violence, and infuriated customers, dealers, and family members of customers - If you aren't cool with HR, they are extremely unforgiving and will look for any excuse to penalize you or outright fire you, even on shaky grounds - Mental health support is a joke, they will pay for 3 sessions PER topic for a therapist, after that it is all on you - Health benefits used to be great but all they are a shell of what they used to be and often will be forgotten
