Being exposed to a fast-paced startup company who is already making a huge impact on the future and in communities. Being able to create structure and culture from scratch. Knowing that all positions are important and how to wear many hats while also challenging yourself! Having an ambitious and innovative team who work great together.

Work with new and relevant technologies and methodologies. Get more time doing actual engineering as this is a startup.

Cons

* missing 100% paid maternity/paternity leave. It is only supplied through STD. Which comes with the frustrating 'waiting period'... which should be a crime, but not their fault as it's an insurance standard. *
