      Cons

      Extremely toxic work environment. Full of cliques and "mean girls" that the clinical staff not only tolerate but participate in. There is blatant favoritism throughout the center. If you are not actively working on your Masters in ABA you are not supported and left behind.

      Pros

      Kids were amazing, big building with lots of rooms

      Cons

      Training was lacking, people were awful. BCBAs were awful and knew nothing about their jobs. Terrible management, and the building was not well kept - mold, rotting wood, etc. the most incompetent people I ever worked for. Very underpaid
