We encourage our BTs to maintain close communication with their Client Service Coordinator (Scheduler), who can assist with matters regarding case load adjustments, changes in availability, fill-in sessions, and more. It's our goal to ensure caseloads can be met with the needs of our families while matching the proper bandwidth for our BTs.
