      Pros

      Behavior Frontiers offers many opportunities for growth for their employees. The owners truly care about the company, and its staff. The services provided by BF to the clients is both clinically sound, as well as individualized per case. The culture is uplifting, and supportive. I am so glad I found Behavior Frontiers. It's so refreshing to find an ABA company with legitimate operations.

      Overall good company to work for. Had no issues during my time working for this company.

      Travel time between clients. Lots of driving.

      The parties were fun and food was good.

      You got to love when you leave a company and find out they took back ALL the contributions and match they give you for your 401k! Shysters.
