7yThank you for your feedback. I see that you are a current employee, so I would strongly encourage you to bring your concerns to your Liaison Manager or Director. Our clinicians are always available and willing to offer more training, just ask! In regards to cancellations - yes, those do happen, as clients get sick - but please speak to your scheduler, as our team is often able to supplement cancelled sessions with fill-in hours with other clients.
