It's SO great to hear you say it feels like a family - it's what we've striven for, by regionalizing geographies (to cut down on drive time), and keeping a "small" feel, where you get to know each manager and director at a personal level! We stress to our managers to be open to feedback, which helps us improve our services and our support of staff each and every week. Our schedulers also work hard to schedule hours around other jobs or school classes - we want to support our staff in any way we can! So glad you're a part of our team!
