      flexible hours, working with families, good entry level job

      Cons

      you WILL need a second job, you WILL rundown your car, you WILL need lots of patience to deal with multiple supervisors and directions, you WILL have to teach yourself, you WILL have to pressure scheduling for hours

      You got to love when you leave a company and find out they took back ALL the contributions and match they give you for your 401k! Shysters.
