Wow - you've been with us for 3-4 years, thanks so much for your commitment and dedication, not only to our organization, but to our clients - that's wonderful! It's great to hear you've had a supportive team throughout your time here. We aim for each of our Behavior Technicians (BT) to have frequent contact with their managers and directors, and set each BT up with a Liaison Manager, which is your "go to" person for any questions or concerns. We have found this to be highly valuable in maintaining a supportive environment between technicians and managers. Regarding cancellations, if it's an on the spot cancellation, you should receive pay for 1/2 of the scheduled session time (ex: if session was scheduled for 2 hours, you should receive 1 hour at Therapy Rate). Please check in with your scheduler to ensure this is happening. Again, thank you for your commitment over the years - thrilled to have you at Behavior Frontiers!
