Pros
- great job for those fresh out of undergrad and looking to get into ABA industry - lots of training and preparation for new hires before taking on their own client cases (must go through a process of observing, co-delivering, and delivering services for clients... which is nice .. structure is good) - given small monthly stipend to purchase toys for sessions - discount given if pursuing a master in ABA - great managers, competent and responsive - given clients that are in your nearby area, so you will not spend much of the day driving (as is the case with other ABA companies)
Cons
- expect to work no more than 12-20 hours - it was common to see other therapists with 1 or two clients aka 8 hours a week - not a job to have if you expect to pay rent or feed a family - week long of training you are not paid your regular wage. basically minimum wage which is insulting.
