Thank you for your review. Our team aims to create a schedule that work with the availability of our Behavior Technicians as well as the needs of our clients. If candidates are interested in full-time hours, our scheduling team creates an initial part-time caseload and can begin adding more cases as technicians become comfortable with the workload. We want to ensure that our team receives the hours they’re asking for but also make sure there is no sense of burnout. Opportunities to cover or fill-in for sessions are always made available for additional hours.
