Communication is a component of our work because of the constant contact between our behavior technicians and the scheduling team. A common hurdle in the ABA industry is hours and the consistency of sessions. We understand that some situations are last-minute and inevitable, so we work with our technicians and clients in the event of cancellations. Our scheduling team works on finding solutions to substitute missed hours and attempts to maintain members within their requested hours. Caseloads are determined by client needs and our team’s availability; lack of hours may be due to limited availability.
