      Pros

      Free food/drinks in the office and occasional breakfast they throw at you during the monthly meetings

      Cons

      Billable requirement, schedule is not flexible, major red flags everywhere, cancellations, lack of training for technicians/RBTs (some really bad techs in the company, but they don't fire them), 0 support from upper management, 0 individualization (all treatment plans are copy and paste), templates do not make sense and are extremely confusing, lack of communication, micro managing

      Pros

      Behavioral Framework offers so much support to their BCBAs. There are so many people you can turn to with questions, for collaboration, and for growth. You get to travel each month to the DMV area, meet amazing people, and work with the most amazing families.

      Cons

      Traveling each month can be a lot but after a few months of grasping everything, you’ll start to look forward to your trips like I did.

      Pros

      I can only speak for the NC clinical and dx team, but they are great people who really care about kids and helping them!

      Cons

      Management out of HQ is a mess. Company is expanding too fast and not keeping up! Feels like the cart is always in front of the horse with this company. They are VERY behind with tech.
