Upper admin is really nice and the kids are great

Cons

No training for RBTs, required to be available from 8am-9pm, bad communication with staffing, PAPER DATA across a 14 client caseload and 32 billable hours

Pros

Behavioral Framework offers so much support to their BCBAs. There are so many people you can turn to with questions, for collaboration, and for growth. You get to travel each month to the DMV area, meet amazing people, and work with the most amazing families.

Cons

Traveling each month can be a lot but after a few months of grasping everything, you’ll start to look forward to your trips like I did.

I can only speak for the NC clinical and dx team, but they are great people who really care about kids and helping them!

Cons

Management out of HQ is a mess. Company is expanding too fast and not keeping up! Feels like the cart is always in front of the horse with this company. They are VERY behind with tech.
