Pros

Behavioral Framework has a LOT of great things in place. The pay, benefits, and reimbursable purchases are solid. I think my favorite part of Behavioral Framework as a BCBA is the clinical support and continued education opportunities. Each month, they have in-person in house CEU workshops and $1,000 CEU budget annually. I have received great support from my Clinical Director. I feel supported clinically and have had a lot of collaboration opportunities. While although traveling monthly gets old, the travel benefits and remote work the other 75% of the time is great. I have really enjoyed my experience so far at Behavioral Framework.

Cons

The hours are rough and not consistent. With a higher billable requirement but all evening clients, it is really challenging at times to provide quality supervision and support while seeing all of your clients. For example, with a caseload of 13 and 10 of them having hours from 4-9pm, it is frustrating trying to meet 32 billable hours. In addition, there is a lack of structure supporting the BCBA when technicians or technicians cancel frequently. Cancellations cause such a headache and impact your billing but also then negatively impact your ability to see other kiddos. While in person, my clients are incredible spread out so at times, I am driving over an hour between clients. The second negative is the PTO. I think it is incredibly low compared to what I am supposed to. The last and most impactful con in my opinion is that the company still uses paper data. It is VERY challenging to make clinical updates remotely when you have to print and mail documents or wait till in-person week. Since it is paper data, you are also manually graphing. I would never complain about all the scheduling headaches and late hours if they had electronic data. If I were to leave BF, it would be because of paper data. I truly feel like it impacts the BCBA's ability to analyze data, make updates, and ensure accurate data collection.

Pros

Behavioral Framework offers so much support to their BCBAs. There are so many people you can turn to with questions, for collaboration, and for growth. You get to travel each month to the DMV area, meet amazing people, and work with the most amazing families.

Cons

Traveling each month can be a lot but after a few months of grasping everything, you’ll start to look forward to your trips like I did.

Pros

I can only speak for the NC clinical and dx team, but they are great people who really care about kids and helping them!

Cons

Management out of HQ is a mess. Company is expanding too fast and not keeping up! Feels like the cart is always in front of the horse with this company. They are VERY behind with tech.
