Pros

Freedom of schedule, company vehicle with gas card, phone, laptop. Most of the work is on your own.

Cons

Stagnant wages. All hard work is rewarded with pat on the back. Any concern brought up is not addressed. Most of the responses from upper management include something like "Europe HQ won't let us" since it isn't a US company.
