Stay clear of this company - Field Service Technician Belimed Employee Review

Lots of pressure put on the service techs. Very little training then thrown to the wolves. You get a company car, not a service truck or van but a car and you have to pay them $200 a month to drive it!!. Equipment breaks down allot, very poor out of the box quality. You have to supply all your own tools including power tools. No expectation of having a life outside of work, your suppose to be on call 24/7 365 but your not paid to do so. Management has no clue what the techs go thru in the field and they keep hiring more and more manager but very few techs. No room for any advancement
