Pros

Good pay; good brand reputation; innovative designs and products; friendly people; on-site cafeteria if you forget your lunch;

Cons

Healthcare costs passed to employees are too high; promotions are scarce unless you are one of the 30 "golden boys" that get shuffled around a lot; they emphasize the "talent pipeline" which appears to have a leak and good people leave; too many levels of politics/red tape; unstable with layoffs (2011-2015);

Pros

This is one of the nicest companies to work for. Everyone is genuine, down t earth, and kind. People are eager to answer your questions and give you meaningful work if you ask for it.

Cons

If you don't work to plug yourself in, you will not have the working knowledge to participate in the job. Without your own effort, it would be easy to coast by and fly under the radar. It is difficult to fold in a completely unexperienced intern into contracting unless the intern is proactive to learn and ask questions.
