Pros

Awesome products, lots of opportunity for self-improvement and training provided by company sponsored online training/academic courses. Company also pays tuition assistance to college of choice as long as courses will benefit career with Bell.

Cons

While there are plenty of opportunity for training, however most training provided is only helpful if you plan to relocate or are in the DFW area. Remote sites offer very limited career growth and promotions are politically driven despite training and experience. Salary can be very good if inline management are willing to go the extra mile to get more for employee. But in most cases, increases are only a standard amount annually. It has been an uphill battle to achieve growth and in most instances feel stuck in a midlevel position. Communication is also very hit or miss.

Pros

This is one of the nicest companies to work for. Everyone is genuine, down t earth, and kind. People are eager to answer your questions and give you meaningful work if you ask for it.

Cons

If you don't work to plug yourself in, you will not have the working knowledge to participate in the job. Without your own effort, it would be easy to coast by and fly under the radar. It is difficult to fold in a completely unexperienced intern into contracting unless the intern is proactive to learn and ask questions.
