To go along with that, Bell Helicopter is cutting jobs and slashing pay. They will hand out hundreds of thousands - if not over $1,000,000 - a few days after they lay off 400 employees. This is a classless, tasteless company that is going in the wrong direction. This same feeling is shared between union and non-union employees, who usually can't agree on anything. If you love corporate red tape and managers who don't appreciate hard work yet continue to advance their degree, you will fit right in.
