Pros

Internal workforce tries to maintain teamwork aspect throughout the manufacturing process. Bell advanced to using CATIA V6 in their Design and Manufacturing processes.

Cons

From top to bottom, the management team has throttled the entire company into a downhill spiral. A simple case of ignoring that 2014 & 2015 revenues were cut in half; yet they continue to stretch their remaining funds beyond reason. In the mindset of the Executive Leadership, the only resolve was the announcement of 1700 layoffs since October 2014 to pad the monetary cushion that has been deflated due to erroneous oversight.

Thank you for your comments. Staffing reductions are always a difficult message to hear and we understand that people may be concerned about our future. Over the past several years we have been able to accomplish some great things together and we will do that again. While these next few years will be challenging, we have a tremendous opportunity in front of us to bring three major development programs to market – something that is unheard of in our industry, yet together we are doing it. We are executing to our schedules and are making tremendous progress on each of these programs.

Pros

This is one of the nicest companies to work for. Everyone is genuine, down t earth, and kind. People are eager to answer your questions and give you meaningful work if you ask for it.

Cons

If you don't work to plug yourself in, you will not have the working knowledge to participate in the job. Without your own effort, it would be easy to coast by and fly under the radar. It is difficult to fold in a completely unexperienced intern into contracting unless the intern is proactive to learn and ask questions.
