Generally great place to work - Manager Bell Employee Review

They provide good to excellent training for amost all jobs. There are a great deal of very talented people there. The health plan is normal for this industry, not great, but OK. They still have a penion plan, but who knows for how long it well continue to be offerred. My opinion, which seems to be confirmed by other web based salary sites and talking to other people at the same or similiar levels, has not kept up with industry salary levels. This has been more evendent latetly as more people are moving to other companies. The good part is their employment levels are less tormulent than other companies.
