Pros

There are currently no reasons to work at BFT in these areas.

Cons

Senior Management, other than Planning, is untrustworthy, dishonest, disrespectful, and has no integrity. In less than 6 months the new CFO has run off all remaining tribal knowledge employees from Finances and the entire IT Department. Since the new GM started in July of 2022 there has been over 100 employees either leave or asked to leave.

Pros

The team was great, and having an inside look at the transit industry was insightful. You are able to work cross team, and tap into the knowledge base of both office workers and transit employees.

Cons

Management did not always have the best relationship with drivers, but the drivers were able to lean on their union, as well as some office employees

Pros

The job itself is easy. Decent pay and good benefits.

Cons

Current management is a complete nightmare. There are so many grievances filed against them. There is a lot of targeting, bullying and harassment happening from management. Union is very weak and only helps those they like.
