The team was great, and having an inside look at the transit industry was insightful. You are able to work cross team, and tap into the knowledge base of both office workers and transit employees.

Management did not always have the best relationship with drivers, but the drivers were able to lean on their union, as well as some office employees

The job itself is easy. Decent pay and good benefits.

Current management is a complete nightmare. There are so many grievances filed against them. There is a lot of targeting, bullying and harassment happening from management. Union is very weak and only helps those they like.
