Pros

1. Extremely reachable senior management. They do listen and respect your ideas even if you are in a junior position. 2. Family feelings and lots of collaberations. You feel like you are part of a big family and everyone is working together to bring the company to a better place. I had tons of opportunities to work with other departments from which I've learned different aspects of the business. These are my most valuable experiences which you don't always get in other companies. 3. Good team. I had the honor to help build and train my own team which consists of highly motivated, innovative and diligent go-getters. 4. Never bored. There are different projects and challenges every day. If you are ambitious, adventurous, innovative, and wants to make a real difference, this is the right place for you.

Cons

1. Vocal environment. The COO is very vocal but the good thing is that it is never personal. 2. Average benefits.

Pros

I became incensed when I came across the reviews on Glassdoor and wanted to contribute my own review. I suppose things have changed here at Benchmark because I have a completely different view of this organization. I work fully remote from home. The culture is collaborative. People are NICE and very professional!! The 401k benefits match at 25% of my contributions (not 3 or 4% like most companies) AND they have a profit sharing bonus. It's a very inclusive and diverse company. Thank you, Benchmark. I'm going to reach out to other employees and see if we can 'up' these numbers with positive reviews!

Cons

I wish I could visit the main headquarters and meet my peers in-person someday.

Pros

May be manageable if you are 100% remote.

Cons

If you have to be in the New Rochelle office, it is truly a strange place with bizarre, abusive management. The negative reviews are accurate. You will hear yelling, shouting, cursing, and insults thrown around casually. It’s usually directed at individuals. This comes from the very top CEO - the bad vibes trickle down through middle management and onto workers. Turnover is extremely high, lots of layoffs and outsourcing. Occasional free lunch doesn’t make up for the horrible culture. Systems are convoluted and there’s no real training process or HR, so a lot of times one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing.
