Pros

Working at bender has been a positive experience. There is plenty of room to grow and be your true self. From the first day at Bender I felt I not only had a job but a career. the management team has been great and patient while you learn and fill your role.

Cons

Here are some cons about the job. The scan guns fail to work at times, or you can be in the middle of an order and loose the order. one other problem is the fact that customers tend to wander around the building looking for items alone.

Competitive Salary, excellent company culture propogated from the top down. Autonomy to get my tasks done. Continually looking for ways to improve and boost morale and productivity.

Pros

Bender is a great company to work for; the staff is very welcoming and supportive. Great work/home life balance. They really care about their employees.

Cons

Saturdays are required. We do receive a day off during the week but sometimes it is nice to have two days off in a row. I think rotating Saturdays would be a nice idea.
