      Pros

      There was plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and there was training made available to the dept.

      Cons

      Sales are down in 2025 and this led to huge layoffs and job cuts in all locations and departments. They are also transitioning IT to be mostly outsourced over the next few years.

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Cons

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
