Pros
the people are friendly, you get a broad exposure to the business and get to work on complicated projects. you're able to get good experience while working there - but you'll probably have to go somewhere else to really capitalize on the experience you gained (see cons)
Cons
they have no problem introducing you to new responsibilities and giving you exposure to other parts of the business - but this does not get reflected in your job title, responsibilities, or pay check.
