Great place to work and to learn in your professional career

Beginning was very difficult but new management help pave the way.

Company was purchased by Yamaha in July of 2017 and lots of positive changes have taken place. Benefits, vacation time, etc. all greatly improved. Lots of room for growth and advancement, at Bennett and within Yamaha. Culture changes taking place daily.

The company is still plagued by bad reviews from former terminated staff. Hard to bring in talent in the South Florida environment. Still have to weed out employees that simply want to be paid for showing up. Negative attitudes still exist in old staff. Change is hard and the old staff resists the change which is detrimental to making progress. It will take years to change the culture that existed.
