Cons
The Pay Scale Change from $200.00 dollars a day that was posted on the internet Ad to getting payed Route pay which is under by $30-$40, realistically your making $160-$170 a day the only way to make over $900-1000 is to work your Off Days.( BAIT & SWITCH Tactic on the Pay if they were honest about the Pay I would have never left my other Job ).The Equipment is New but you'll never really be in the Same Truck More then Twice in a week, so your Basically living out of a suitcase. The Night Time Dispatch is Terrible..20-45 minutes to get someone to answer a phone. After delivering a Load or Dropping your Trailer it's like a Scavenger Hunt trying to find a Load or a Empty Trailer Back which takes 1-2 hours of your night trying to find something to bring back to end your night. So at the end of the shift you wasted 2.5 hours of your time because of lack of Short Staff or unqualified staff. In the End Don't Trust what they tell you about the Job, Ask a Driver for the Truth, hopefully he's honest with you. Turn overrate is High in the Jefferson Terminal.
