Pros

The best part about working at Bentley are the people. They are genuinely supportive and helpful and make it a great place to work. There’s also plenty of flexibility, which is great considering many companies have mandated a full return to office. Career growth is largely self-directed, with ample opportunities to gain experience across different areas for those who are curious and motivated.

Cons

Benefits could be more competitive, and the organization experiences frequent change. This can be challenging to navigate at times, but it also brings opportunities to quickly learn new things.
