We currently have a variable pay plan that is meant to motivate our colleagues to collaborate and achieve their individual and team goals. This means colleagues have the ability to achieve more than 100% of their target when they overachieve. There is no cap to the amount that can be earned for overachievement, so colleagues who are motivated and high-performing are rewarded substantially for going above and beyond.
The variable pay proportion of colleagues' total cash differs based on job function and level. New colleagues are automatically hired into the correct level of variable pay for their role, and future raises are distributed to both base and variable pay.
