Pros
Most of reviews are from HR team 1. Lot of work, so forget about your personal life. 2. Fake commitments which never get full fill. 3. Your manager keeps an eye on you. Your's enter and exit time is noticed. So it makes you punctual. 4. Managers are trained with great political skills. So that makes you obedient. 5. You have only rights to hear. So you don't make any complaint to anyone. Finally, you come to Glassdoor
Cons
1. Qualys have boot licking culture. If you need to sustain you must adopt it. 2. Mostly all 5 star reviews on Glassdoor are fake. They are written by HR/Management. 3. If you don't bow to managers they becomes your foe. They goes personally to other managers and tell them how tough you are. They had only single skill, which is politics. 4. They are only communicating to you verbally. When you put the mail for work from home, You may be received reply personally that what kind of work you have to do so apply for leave. According to me this is the manager's responsibility to allot some work to underneath employees. 5. There is community of manager and all belonging to same well. They are manager because they put there all effort to make path full of thorns so no one can take their place. 6. The managers from is getting power because the previous good managers leaves the company. They compares employees, but when we compare with past managers, they received negative score for management and skill set.
