-Poor management (more concerned about employee lunch brake time either than work performance. -No future vision (new ideas are not taken in account not matter how many benefits it could bring in). -Performance is not recognised at all, even with little like: "Good Job" -No study material, training or any type of certifications ( if requested, person would be kept in waiting status until it forgets about it) -No career advancement only title name change without professional growth -Trend is not to do something extra no matter of what. -Cooperation between teams is not so good, caused by management interference.
