      The work-life balance and family-friendly nature have been much appreciated and what has kept me loyal for 10+ years. Work with good, smart people. Lots of opportunities for learning. If you show an interest in a certain topic, you may have the opportunity bring that knewly attained knowledge into Bentley as an SME.

      Opportunity to grow in role, sometimes the opportunity to advance may be slower than some people want.
