Far too much expectation to work excessive hours with no reward Bonus package constantly changing, previously all related to personal performance/objectives. Changed to solely business objectives and colleagues suffer as a result Some management teams completely detatched from projects and cause more harm than good Not enough support for professional development Re-org every year which results in constant process changes and degree of uncertainty within team
